Her journey has been a blend of creativity and skill, including becoming an educator in color technique, competing in hair competitions, and a passion for inspiring her team members as Form’s manager.

Aly Cushwa

Aly has been part of the Form team since 2020. Her expertises are in color formulation, blonding, color corrections, along side hair health recovery and maintenance. You’ll often find Aly assisting in your consultation and/or color formulation with your Form stylist. Aly’s background is in business management and finance. Her leap to Cosmetology was propelled by her passion for the beauty industry, after she graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2016.

Kaylee Stewart

Hair stylist by day, gypsy at heart. Kaylee lives for adding volume, texture, & a dash of magic to her clients locks ✨ Balayage expert, brunette whisperer + texture spray enthusiast. Kaylee has been with Form since 2022. She specializes creating soft dimensional colors & effortless hair cuts. On the weekend you can catch her at the thrift, hanging with her cat or on the beach reading a book. Kaylee is accepting new clients!

AV is a fun , bubbly and experienced hairstylist based in sunny South Florida. As a third-generation hairstylist, she brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to every appointment. She specializes in crafting beautiful lived-in blondes and brunettes, as well as delivering voluminous layers and bangs that give you that perfect big blowout look,. While these are her specialties, she always excited to explore and execute all kinds of trendy hairstyles.
